All our Tenants are screened and managed on the Tenant Profile Network(www.tpn.co.za). Our tenant receives a monthly invoice backed by a 3 monthly statement posted to the owners. We send our clients SARS certificates for their yearly returns. With our "off premises" storage of information we can access from any computer at any time, thus giving the information quick and complete at a touch of the button.

Prospecting for rental properties: Taking the new technology available, we can offer our owners better pricing structures. We offer rental guarantee , owners can contact us in connection with the services available in this regard.

 Mr Rent includes an up to date rental agreement between the parties(CPA). We aim to be up to date with the latest governance and legal requirements. Please be very aware that the times have changed, owners and tenants alike can loose thousands if the agreement is not up to date and explained in full. Do not go the cheap route and listen to non-professional rental companies, do not let your deposit be paid into any account, please ensure that the monies are kept in an interst bearing trust account with yearly audits being done. (as per the EAAB regulation) Please read the Rental Act before acting in the market.
